Safety
Members endeavour to maintain the
Club's excellent record of safety. It's always advisable to carry a map, compass,
spare food and spare clothing. In winter an ice-axe and crampons are
indispensable on steep ground.
Responsibility for safety is
solely your own as the Club can't be held liable for any accident, loss or
damage to anyone who attends a meet. It is also important to note that the Club
operates on an informal basis so can't provide formal training, instruction or
supervision.
The abilities and interests of
those in the Club are wide-ranging, so whatever your experience, please do come
along and join us. Please follow the contact link on the home
page.

beginning think what may be the end."
